Our Mono Members can publish their products or services through so-called “listings”. Potential Japanese clients can contact our Mono Members through a contact form on their product(listing) pages. It will be our members own responsibility to close deals with the Japanese buyers.
Mono MEMBERSHIPS
Yes, our Mono Free Membership does not have any fees.
Your listings will be published within 5 working days after you submitted your contents through our listing form.
All memberships will act as a 1-year contract.
Mono Business Hub
The Mono Business Hub is the business center of Mono Marketplace.
When our members are logged in to our e-commerce platform, they can access their Shop Analytics, manage account details, add/edit product information of their listing pages and purchase additional promotion tickets.
Potential Japanese customers will get in contact with you by leaving an inquiry on your product(listing) pages.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that all members will be able to book success. Sometimes it can take time to get leads from Japanese potential customers.
However, If you want to have more quicker results, then we recommend to switch to an upgraded membership package.
Our upgraded membership packages enables our members to list more products and services, featured products and a higher search result position.
Another way to boost your product listing is to buy an additional Promotion Ticket.
This ticket will advertise your listing for a limited time.
Our Mono Members can promote specific products or services with an additional Promotion Ticket.
This ticket will list your chosen product or service as a Priority level advertisement by getting the best position & search results on our platform for 15 days for $45 per ticket.
You can buy a promotion ticket from your Product Listing Overview by clicking on the “promote” button of your chosen product listing.

The difference between Normal, Featured, and Promoted listings is as follows.
Promotedlistings have the highest importance in search results. They will also appear ahead of featured listings.
This is possible when purchasing a Promotion Ticket.Featuredlistings are a level below promoted listings in importance, but will be shown ahead of normal listings.Normalpriority listings will appear below promoted and featured listings. They aren’t given any special priority.
Our Mono Members can edit or change their products listing with an additional Editing Ticket.
One ticket only applies for 1 listing. You can buy an Editing Ticket here.
After purchasing an Editing ticket, you can request the edits in the Product Listing Overview.
Please see the button “edit” for each listing & click “edit” to change certain information / or product.
Our team will manage your changes and give approval to publish.
Our Standard, Business, Premium & Enterprise Members can list Featured Product(s).
These products have a better priority level than normal product listings.
Featured Products will be placed at better positions on the Mono Marketplace website and will have a top position of the results of a product search engine query.This way the Japanese customers can find your product more easy.
